What COS accesses

COS is a restricted workplace platform. When an authorized user connects Google or Microsoft, COS may read email and read or write calendar data to sync business communications, show events, and create meetings.

How information is used

• Calendar events appear alongside work in COS.
• Booking links can add meetings to connected calendars.
• Authorized email threads can be captured in the CRM.

Our commitments

• We do not sell or rent connected-account data.
• We do not use email or calendar content to train AI models.
• Access is limited by assigned role, Company access, and module access.

Storage and revocation

Data is stored in COS infrastructure, including Supabase/Postgres. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. Users can disconnect an account in Settings or revoke access with Google or Microsoft. Revocation stops future syncing but does not automatically delete previously synced records.
